Office Manager

Part-time, 10am – 2pm (4 hours per day), 5 days per week

Salary range £25,000 – £28,000 (pro-rata) depending on skills and experience

The End Violence Against Women Coalition is a small, dynamic charity with ambitious targets, a high media profile and brilliant members who are working to end violence against women.

We are looking for an experienced office manager who can work with us in our office near Westminster/Vauxhall. We need someone who can organise our admin including keeping us on track with finance and fundraising admin and help us organise events, member and trustee meetings.

We’re looking for a well organised and efficient office manager, familiar with the requirements of running a charity and confident in responding to telephone and email enquiries from a diverse range of people. We don’t run a helpline, but we do work on very difficult subjects and get calls from members of the public who are in need of help. That means our office manager needs to be able to handle these calls and signpost to more support with professionalism and compassion.

We need someone who can come in everyday, but you don’t need to be here all day. The hours are 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday and we’re happy to discuss flexibility to fit in with other responsibilities.

If you think this could be the job for you please have a look at the recruitment pack and person specification and get your application (including Equality Monitoring form) to us by 13 October 2017. Applications should be sent by email to: admin@evaw.org.uk. Please enter ‘Office Manager’ in the subject field.
